Ananada Giri talks with Students in Germany

On the 4th October 2011, OWA Senior Faculty Ananda Giri was invited to Schloss Neubeuren, a very reknowned & elite residential school in South Germany to discuss the importance of ‘Life Education’ with a group of about 120 students. Students from the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades participated in this session, which lasted for about 1 hour in the evening. Ananda Giri’s presentation highlighted the importance of living a life of awareness as against living a life of habit and how one needs to learn to dissolve emotional disturbances in order to bring greater intelligence and clarity in their actions. The School director, Mr. Muller was visibly moved by the sincerity of the message and its significance in helping create conscious, loving leaders. He has invited Ananda Giri to facilitate similar discussions with the students every time he visits Germany, so along with academics, the students also develop a different perspective to life in terms of handling emotions and inner conflicts. OWA admires the visionary approach of the Director towards ensuring a happy life for his students and is privileged to be of help to the school and its students.
